At XMax Vaporizer, we take pride in delivering quality products. Our warranty ensures your peace of mind, setting forth the terms and conditions for any potential issues with our devices.

1-Year and 6-Month Warranty

We stand by our products with a 1-year warranty for the dry herb vaporizers (Except XMax VITAL which is under a 6-month warranty) and a 6-month warranty for both concentrate vaporizers (Except XMax QOMO which is under a 1-year warranty) and 510 cartridges. This covers any defects in materials and workmanship, providing you with confidence in your purchase.

What's Covered?

Our warranty encompasses defects from the date of the original retail purchase. We do not cover glass, mouthpiece, ceramic parts, accessories in the kit, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from accidents or abuse. Attempting to open the XMax Vaporizer voids the warranty.

Coverage Period

Dry Herb Products: 1 year (Except XMax VITAL which is under a 6-month  warranty)

Concentrate Products: 6 months (Except XMax QOMO which is under a 1-year warranty)
510 Cartridge Products: 6 months
Repaired, Replaced, and Refurbished Products: The longer of the remainder of the original warranty or 30 days
When the Warranty Doesn't Apply

Our warranty does not apply if:

The product is resold by the purchaser or purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Lack of performance results from improper maintenance.
Aftermarket accessories not endorsed by XMax Vaporizer are used.
Damage is cosmetic, caused by normal wear and tear, or standard battery performance degradation.
The product has been improperly used, altered, tampered with, or if the serial number is altered, defaced, or removed.
The warranty claim is fraudulent or misrepresented.

How We Make Things Right

If a valid warranty claim is made during the coverage period, we will repair or replace any defective product free of charge. Replacement products may be refurbished, ensuring you receive a device of the same quality.

What Happens Next?

Once received, the product will undergo inspection. If deemed defective, it will be replaced or repaired under warranty. Our support representative will keep you informed throughout the process.
